Privacy policy
KIT-Service measures how the site is used and, when you allow it, whether a visit came from an advertisement. The form you send stays on this site. Analytics does not receive your name, phone or message.
Who sees the question
Visitors from the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and the United Kingdom see a banner in the footer before analytics or advertising measurement starts. Other visitors are measured without that question. The choice is stored for 180 days. You can change it on this page.
Stored on your device
- Theme, language and translation memory stay in the browser so the site can open the way you left it.
- The open home screen is kept in a cookie named kit_home_screen for one day.
- The site session cookie keeps the contact form and its check working.
- Your answer about measurement is kept in a cookie named kit_consent.
- An anonymous number for that answer is kept in a cookie named kit_anon. It is not your name.
Cookie policy lists every cookie in the version that applies now.
Analytics
If measurement is allowed, Google Analytics receives the page, the device, the city, and these events: a saved request, a click on WhatsApp or Telegram in the header, a menu item, a help button, a case, a visible form, and a home screen. The event says what was used. It does not include the text of the request.
Advertising
If you accept, Google may also store the identifiers it needs to connect a visit or a saved request with an advertisement. That covers a click on an ad and the actions that follow it. Rejecting leaves advertising measurement off. The banner already asks for this, so the same choice will cover ads when they are switched on.
